The ideal blend of strawberries, banana, and chia seeds – a healthy way to start a beautiful morning…!!
Some mornings you wake up being soo lazy or even busy to cook a proper breakfast, that you wish you had a quick alternate. Smoothies are my quickest go-to to begin any such day! They are pretty easy to make and you can even make it power packed by adding an extra punch of any protein element.
My kitchen adventures are all about trying different combinations and creating new ones. So try out with the different fruits in your pantry, you could even add them as toppings to your drinks. But trust me, this smoothie tastes so yum and you will keep on coming back for it.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup milk
- Toppings: Blackberry, Chia seeds, Banana, Strawberry
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl with toppings.
