Sharing one of the Yummiest yet Simplest Breakfast; Bread Toast with Eggs, Pesto, & Mushrooms, topped with a hint of Spicy Chili Oil!!

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of mushroom
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Pesto (homemade / store bought, as required)
  • Chili oil (as required)
  • Oil / Butter (as required)
  • Salt and pepper (as required)
Instructions
  1. Mushrooms: Wash, clean and pat dry the mushrooms, then thinly slice them. In a pan, add some oil and cook mushrooms with salt and pepper until they are cooked well.

  2. Bread: Toast the bread in a toaster, or spread butter and toast on a pan on both sides.

  3. Egg: Cook egg according to your likeness, I like fried egg with a runny yolk and topped with chili oil.

  4. Serve: On to the toast, generously spread pesto. Top withmushrooms and fried egg. Enjoy right away!!!
